Cancellation Policy

At Skinspot Advanced Aesthetics, we respect your time and carefully reserve each appointment specifically for you.

To best serve all of our clients, please review our cancellation policy below:

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 80% charge of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the total service fee.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always do our best to accommodate you when advance notice is provided. However, last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that appointment time to other clients.
